1. Scope and Eligibility

These terms apply to Quick Convert and the Quick Convert Plus subscription service. Please read them together with the Privacy Policy before using the relevant services. If you do not accept the applicable terms, stop using those services.

The app is not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age required by applicable law. Where parental or guardian consent is legally required, obtain it before use. The app does not implement dedicated age verification.

2. What the App Provides

Quick Convert processes files selected through Files or Photos on your iPhone. It provides supported image, PDF, text, audio, and video conversions, along with previews, saving, sharing, and conversion history. Conversion creates new copies rather than overwriting the original file.

Available features depend on the input, system codecs, device performance, storage, permissions, and software version. The current version converts files locally. Membership verification, free-use management, and some configuration services require a network connection.

No separate Quick Convert account is required. Apple purchases and third-party file or sharing services may require their own accounts.

3. Your Content and Conversion Limits

You must have the rights and permissions needed to read, copy, convert, save, and share the content you select, including any necessary authorization concerning other people's information. You retain your existing rights in that content. Using the app does not transfer file ownership to the development team.

Conversion can change layout, fonts, quality, animation, codecs, or other characteristics. Some formats are preview-only or unsupported. Protected, damaged, or incompatible files may fail to convert.

Keep important originals and check outputs before deleting source material or using results elsewhere. Text-to-DOCX output does not guarantee preservation of complex layouts. Animated image conversion may export only the first frame. A subscription does not add support for formats or codecs the app has not implemented.

4. Free Use and Plus Benefits

Non-members can use supported conversions within the allowance shown by the app and confirmed by the service. No permanently fixed starting allowance is promised. If access cannot be verified, the app may temporarily prevent a new conversion from starting.

A conversion task that produces successful output uses one free conversion, including a batch or a partially successful task. A wholly failed or cancelled task does not consume a free conversion. When the allowance is exhausted, the app offers the membership screen while retaining your selected files and settings. Free allowances are not cash, stored monetary value, or transferable credits.

An active Quick Convert Plus subscription allows an unlimited number of conversion tasks using currently supported local conversion features. Device performance, storage, file compatibility, and system capabilities still apply. These terms do not promise unspecified file-size limits, batch-size benefits, processing speeds, or cloud conversion services that are not available in the app.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Quick Convert Plus offers these auto-renewable plans:

Plan Billing period Current default reference price
Weekly Every week US$4.99 per week
Monthly Every month US$12.99 per month

These amounts are default reference prices. Valid pricing configuration can change the app's displayed offer. Apple Account region, currency, taxes, and eligible offers may also affect the actual purchase. Before confirming, review Apple's purchase screen. The actual price, currency, billing period, and applicable offer are those confirmed by Apple.

Unless Apple's purchase confirmation expressly includes an eligible offer, the plans do not include a free trial. Any trial or promotion is subject to the eligibility, duration, and subsequent billing terms shown for that purchase.

  • Apple processes purchases and charges. Onboarding or membership screens may open Apple's purchase confirmation flow. Opening that flow is not itself confirmation that a purchase was completed.
  • Auto-renewable subscriptions renew under the conditions presented by Apple unless cancelled. Cancel in time if you do not want the next renewal.
  • Manage or cancel a subscription in iPhone Settings under your Apple Account, then Subscriptions. See Apple's cancellation instructions. The remaining access period is determined by the subscription status Apple shows.
  • Uninstalling the app, disabling notifications, or clearing history does not cancel a subscription.
  • Use Restore on the membership screen to check for an eligible active purchase. Use the Apple Account associated with that purchase; verification may require network access.
  • Pending approval, verification issues, or connectivity can delay access updates. If Apple shows a completed payment but benefits are missing, try restoring purchases and contact support.
  • Refund requests can be made using Apple's refund process. Eligibility and approval depend on Apple and the applicable rules. The development team does not guarantee approval. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not use the app to infringe copyright, privacy, or other rights; process or distribute unlawful content; interfere with services; bypass subscription or allowance checks; abuse service requests; or engage in other conduct prohibited by applicable law.

Subject to applicable law, the development team may take necessary measures concerning service access associated with abuse, security risks, or violations of these terms. This does not remove mandatory rights or the ability to seek support concerning an eligible purchase.

7. Notifications, Data, and Third Parties

The app supports basic push messages from the development team. Notifications are optional. Disabling them does not prevent local conversion or invalidate an existing subscription. Delivery depends on permission, Apple services, and connectivity, and is not guaranteed to be immediate.

The Privacy Policy describes device information, purchase verification, usage statistics, Meta/Facebook, and tracking choices. Declining tracking authorization does not revoke conversion functionality or membership benefits.

Apple, Meta, file providers, email providers, and sharing destinations operate under their own applicable terms. The development team does not control every aspect of those independent services.

8. Intellectual Property and License

Subject to these terms and applicable Apple licensing rules, you may install and use the app within the applicable permitted scope. Rights in the software, interface, and brand materials belong to their respective owners. Third-party components remain subject to their applicable licenses.

These terms do not give you additional rights to third-party trademarks, files, or content. For applicable App Store licensing terms, also consult Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

9. Availability and Responsibility

The development team maintains the app according to product circumstances but does not guarantee that every file can be converted, output will be fully faithful, processing will be uninterrupted, or third-party services will always be available. Verify results before relying on them for important purposes that require particular accuracy or compliance.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the development team does not assume liability beyond that required by law for losses arising from incompatible files, device or network failures, third-party service problems, misuse, or failure to keep necessary backups. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or reduces mandatory consumer protections.

These terms and related disputes are subject to applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections and remedies remain unaffected.

10. Stopping Use, Changes, and Contact

You may stop using the app and manage your local files at any time. Stopping use, uninstalling, deleting files, cancelling renewal, and requesting deletion of service records are separate actions. Follow the relevant process for each.

Features and terms may change. Updated terms will carry a revision date, and changes requiring specific notice must be handled as applicable requirements provide. Any effect on an existing Apple subscription depends on the purchase conditions and applicable law.
